Mondays 3-5pm at The ‘Bubble’, St. Johns’ Foundation, Bath.

Tuesdays 10.30-12.30pm at the ‘Hub’, Weston, Bath.

Mindful Art is a fusion of mindfulness practice and creating individual designs. Compasses, templates and stencils are provided to assist in drawing the design which can then be coloured in with crayons, paints and ink. The intention behind the class being to encourage sustained immersion in the artwork to the exclusion of other distracting thoughts.

No previous art experience required.

Please contact me if you would like to find out more or book a class.

I lead Mindful Art classes in the Bath area through various local community organisations including St. John’s Foundation, Bath Mind and the Life Project.

“I love being creative. It helps having the stencils as a structure but it’s also nice to freestyle. I like the use of colour and the way it can make a picture happy. I feel happy when I draw.”  – Andrew

“Mindful drawing focusses your mind and takes your mind away from thinking about other things. I can feel relaxed afterwards”

“Drawing makes me feel relaxed. I get more confident when someone says my picture is good. When I draw it comes from the heart” – Rob
